FOUNDER

With over 30 years of experience, Letitia’s worked in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK as a salon manager, educator, fashion runway and session stylist, and an editorial creative. While continuing to keep her finger on the pulse, she decided to temporarily exchange the excitement of fashion shoots, the drama of fashion shows, and the challenge of competitions for her ongoing salon work that keeps her grounded. She’s famous for her love for precision cutting and beautiful hair that moves, as well as giving back to her community by training, mentoring, and supporting those new to the industry. Letitia starts her day with a cup of tea regardless of the season. On her way to work, she has a one-woman show in her car, usually a nostalgic sing-along. Letitia was the biggest tomboy growing up and she still is, at heart. She loves exploring new countries and her most memorable trip was visiting Africa for six months. When she’s not busy on the floor, you’ll find her planning her next getaway.

V

FRONT OF HOUSE

Veronica, better known as V, has been in the industry for over a decade and some of you may even recognise her as Letitia and her have worked together before. Her friendly face can lure anyone into a joyful conversation and have a laugh while she welcomes you into our salon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She wakes up early, not by choice but still in the most beautiful way-by the voice of her three boys. V is committed to eating healthy and exercising throughout the week just so she can eat and drink her weight in ‘naughty’ food and wine over the weekend. When she does get some spare time from her busy mum life, she’s either sunbathing in the Aussie sun or on the couch watching the trashiest reality show there is.

BROOKE

DIRECTOR

Brooke is a qualified hairdresser of 14 years, and she’s passionate about balayage, hair extensions, and making clients feel beautiful. If you’re looking for that head-turning bouncy blow-dry, then she's your girl. Brooke enjoys the 80s and 90s music way too much, and she isn’t afraid to turn the volume up. Brooke hates mornings - she thinks they start too early. Rumour has it she once skipped her morning coffee - it was not a good day! Her furry companion is a Maltese Shih Tzu called Toby. When she’s not busy on the floor, you’ll find her in either Wollongong or fishing, but you probably won’t be able to reach her as she never knows where her phone is.

Chaimae

DIRECTOR

Coming all the way from Madrid, Spain, Chaimae has 14 years of experience in hairdressing and seeing her clients happy and confident is still her biggest motivation and inspiration. Chaimae loves colour - she’s your girl for European Balayage, who also specialises in curly hair. Her morning doesn’t start until she’s had her coffee, after that she’s ready to conquer the day. Chaimae is a very organised person who just knows how to balance her days. You’ll find her either watching her favourite show on Netflix while eating a homecooked pasta or outside trekking and exploring new places. She loves travelling and she also speaks 4 languages (Spanish, Arabic, French, and English) which makes her trips even better. Chaimae’s favourite places to visit are Thailand and Europe but she is particularly excited about travelling around Australia.

JOHN

STYLIST

Meet John, your amiable stylist on a mission to create a welcoming space for clients seeking a reliable hair experience. Outside the salon, John loves indulging in new experiences and embarking on spontaneous weekend road trips. He's a wanderer at heart with his most cherished memory being a blissful four weeks in Thailand in 2017, sipping exotic drinks by the pool with good friends. When he's not creating gorgeous hair, you'll likely find him grooving to the rhythm at concerts. Recently, John furthered his passion for hair by graduating and making a full-time transition onto the salon floor under the guidance and mentorship of Letitia. John's inspiration comes from the art of hair transformations, watching clients leave the salon with newfound confidence and radiant smiles. He excels at building lasting connections with clients, helping them navigate their hair goals, and witnessing their confidence soar. Over the next five years, he aims to expand his clientele, deepen his knowledge, and unlock his inner confidence.

Yoga mats, beach days, and boarding passes are India’s absolute favourites. She’s our very own jet setter and a certified wanderluster whose love for travel culminated in a recent memorable two-month European adventure. When she's not on the floor, you'll find her catching up with her friends over a glass of wine. Her mornings kick off with a perfect blend of yoga and coffee, and her guilty pleasure? Retail therapy! Recently, India took her love for hair to the next level by graduating and transitioning to the floor as a full-time stylist, all under the watchful eye and mentorship of Letitia. She draws inspiration from creating effortlessly beautiful, undone hair. Her mission? Making clients feel their absolute best by enhancing their colour and cut. But it's not just about the hair; it's about the journey. India's focus is on a holistic customer experience, ensuring every client feels heard and valued. Expect your time in her chair to be filled with fun, laughter, and unwavering honesty.
